Not-So-Silent Night.

Last Friday, LK took a well-deserved break to celebrate the holiday season and to reflect back on a successful 2010. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful and talented group of people. Let us all raise a glass to our blessings, big and small, and remember how fortunate we all are.

The dinner was a smashing success, rife with delicious eats, quenching cocktails, a brutal gift exchange, and lots of little eye-hole surprises.

Our venue even had a photobooth near the bathroom! We couldn’t resist.

Introducing: The Loyalkaspar Garage™

As we remodeled the LK Offices this past summer, we asked ourselves “what would propel our space into the next echelon of coolness?” The resounding answer: our own mini insert stage.

Branded as The Garage™, our little stage is still being developed into a proper space, but has already seen action on both pitches and proper jobs alike. It gives our Creatives a place to have mini-shoots, and allows them the opportunity to inexpensively experiment with ideas. It adds a tremendous amount of flexibility to our process, and we’re all pleased as punch to have this kind of dedicated space in our office.

Inside the LK Studio: Dominique Goulet

Rounding out LK’s connection team, manning our western front and sitting in the hot seat this week is Dominique Goulet! We had many burning questions for her, such as why someone from an esteemed hockey bloodline would move to a city that never gets ice, and attempted to pry out some answers.

Reunited, And It Feels So Good.

If a picture is worth 1,000 words, this video is worth at least 1,000,000. Shot on location in New Mexico, this outtake is from the work we did earlier in the year for A&E’s 2010 Network Package. We’d like to think that the brass at A&E burst into a flurry of jump-hugs once they saw the package, but that could just be our thing.
